Hi, my problem is I want to share files with my Xbox 360, but when I try to set my network discovery to on, it just stays on custom, but when I set it to off it will do so. I have only windows firewall enabled, and I have set 'Network Discovery' as an exception. I have my network on private. Also, a while back, I used to share files with my 360 no problem, but it doesn't seem to work. Please help. Thanks

I too had this annoying problem and then after turning on all of the related services and readjusting Firewall/ports etc I turned the Function Discovery Resource Publication service to automatic and started it, then checked the "ON" for network discovery and it worked...Hope this helps!Claude
